Services / Applications & product design

Complex work.
Clearer software.

Web and mobile applications, thoughtful UX/UI, custom admin portals and integrations. For founders shaping a product and teams whose workflows have outgrown disconnected tools.

Discuss your application

Start with the task.
Design the whole system.

Good software connects what people see to what actually happens: the information they can access, the decisions they make, and the work that follows.

We map the workflow, identify a useful first release, and design the interface and backend together. The goal is understandable software with a technical foundation that fits the job.

Sometimes the right first step is a prototype or an integration with an existing tool. Custom development should have a clear reason.

From product thinking to implementationOne connected scope
01

Product definition

Clarify the user, the problem and the smallest useful release. Separate must-have workflows from assumptions that need testing.

02

UX/UI and prototyping

Information architecture, user journeys, wireframes, visual design and interactive prototypes. Review the experience before committing to the full build.

03

Web and mobile applications

Interfaces and application logic shaped around the intended device, usage patterns and operating constraints. Platform choices follow those needs.

04

Admin portals and content tools

Manage content, media, permissions and everyday operations through interfaces designed for the people doing the work.

05

Backend systems and integrations

Data models, authenticated access and connections between services, with validation, permissions and recovery paths built into the scope.

06

Testing and handoff

Check important journeys, empty and error states, access boundaries and data handling. Document the system and agree on the release and support plan.

The tools behind
the website.

A custom dashboard and Content Studio connect visual authoring, media management, private drafts and deliberate publishing. The interface makes everyday administration possible without editing code.

Product thinking in practice.

SAGE explores a clearer agreement-preparation experience. Rectify brings accounting preparation into a reviewable workflow; its release remains private.

A useful starting point

Show us the workflow.

Tell us who does the work, what tools they use, where they get stuck and what a better outcome looks like. Use synthetic examples rather than confidential records in an initial inquiry.

Can we start with design or a prototype?

Yes. Product definition and UX/UI can be a focused first phase, with implementation scoped once the main assumptions and workflows are clearer.

Will this replace all our existing tools?

Not necessarily. We look at where an integration or a smaller custom interface can solve the problem before proposing a larger system.

How are permissions and sensitive data handled?

We identify roles, access boundaries, data sensitivity and retention needs during discovery. The implementation and validation plan follows the requirements of the actual product. We do not claim blanket compliance certifications.

Can you take over an existing application?

We begin by reviewing the code, dependencies, hosting and current behaviour. That review establishes what can be maintained safely and which changes need priority.
